According to the Russo brothers, Hawkeye is on his own journey during Infinity War and he is in a special spot in the movie

I don’t want him in a special spot, I want more!!

We all walk into the first screenings of Infinity War. We sit down with our popcorn and the lights go down.

Blurry motion on the screen and the sound of heavy breathing and footfalls are all we get for a few seconds, and then it freeze frames on CLINT BARTON, running through a street in New York, being chased by several men with guns.

VOICEOVER
Okay. This looks bad.

The rest of the movie is just Clint fighting semi-organized crime in Bed-Stuy for two hours. Occasionally, in the background, you see the rest of the Avengers battling Thanos, but never for more than a few seconds and usually just on a television on mute.

In the post-credit scene, Clint and Kate are eating pizza at an outdoor bistro, Lucky under his chair, all three of them covered in bandages. Clint checks his phone and discovers he has thousands of missed calls and texts. He opens the Avengers group chat and texts, “Did I miss anything? *crying with laughter emoji*”

Smash cut to Bucky Barnes, looking down at his phone, asking, “Who the hell is Hawkeye?”

Well thanks a bunch Sam, now nothing is going to actually be that good and I’ll be disappointed for life.

I do what I can 😀

if he has abs he doesnt care about you

men with abs aren’t capable of love

This is BULLSHIT, Dwayne Johnson is jacked as fuck and I FULLY FUCKING BELIEVE he is one of the most LOVING MEN IN THE ENTIRE WORLD

I was on board with the first part until I read that and honestly you’re right nobody has more love in their heart than The Rock

See also: Terry, we don’t fucking deserve him, Crews

I’d like to add genuine sunshine boy Chris Evans to the mix, who seems to spend his days hugging his dog, growing his beard and schooling Nazis on twitter.

Picnic at Hanging Rock

Don’t know if anyone else on my feed cares, but the six part Natalie Dormer led adaptation of Picnic at Hanging Rock starts airing on the sixth of May and I am so excited it’s ridiculous. Anyone who wants to get on board the excitement train now, get hold of a copy of the Joan Lindsay book or the Peter Weir film in the next few weeks and brace yourselves. I haven’t been this excited sight unseen for a project in a long time.

The next time somebody gives you shit about your late autism diagnosis, remember that Anthony Hopkins was diagnosed as autistic when he was 70 years old.

People can go almost their whole lives and never know they’re autistic, but recognize they feel different from their peers.

And BTW Anthony Hopkins stims by rubbing his hands together, and being autistic is exactly why he’s such a good actor. He studies people’s mannerisms with an analytical mind, adopts those mannerisms for characters and turns out awesome performances. He’s a chameleon.

And he’s one of us, autistic community.

I didn’t know he’s Autistic! That’s so cool!!!

I didn’t know this either! Welcome, Sir Anthony Hopkins!

My TBT post of the original deck made me nostalgic so I treated myself to the 25th Anniversary edition. LOVE everything about this but especially dig that they added this fab bag, the perfect size for the cards.

Happy to include The Enchanted Tarot in my practice. Request it for your next reading…

@alisso, look at the new version of your teenage deck! It’s so pretty!

The Cemetery Oracle was born out of necessity, of creating something I needed but could not find.

I travel often, and find myself in places where laying out and shuffling a full deck isn’t always practical. I also don’t always find myself drawn to traditional tarot imagery.

After a year of research, I created this deck using cemetery photos I have taken all around the world, and ascribed each card six different meanings based on questions and answers many of us seek.

You can preorder the next batch here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/604865613/pre-order-cemetery-oracle-cards

The decks are $16 and include shipping in the US.

I have a story for you. I was once a book thief. There is this gorgeous building a few hours drive from where I used to live as a child that once was a city library. Inside are endless rooms of books, large fireplaces, stain glass windows, spiral staircases and a tower with glass floors. When I was a kid my aunt would take me and walk among the shelves and pick out books. I went for years and it became a haven from the world I was growing up in. When I was ten, the owner passed away. (Part 1)

Since he passed away his wife owned everything, including the bookshop (once library) but somehow his children were left all the books. Locked in a fight over who should own it all, the shop was locked up and closed down. Years started to pass and still the doors remained locked. Until I learned to pick them. As a young teen I would sneak in with a large bag and carry what I could out at night. For two years I did this. I was never caught and no one went to the shop. (Part 2)

Okay, I’ma need you to write a book because this is beautiful! ❤

WAIT THERE WAS A 3RD PART

I donated all the books. Only keeping one for myself. I gave the books to homeless shelters and women’s shelters. I left them in donation boxes for children and random places in town or the coffee shop. One night the shop was burnt down by the owners son for insurance money – angry his dad left books and not money. Nothing survived the fire. I’m much older now and I know stealing is wrong but I’m glad I did because I know the books I stole got a chance to live on in other hands. (Part 3)

NOW I REALLY REAAAALLY NEED YOU TO WRITE A BOOK ABOUT THIS. So sad that they burned it down, wow 😦 You’re a wonderful person, Nonnie, honestly. This is amazing!

MORE MORE

Sometimes when I see my kids reading their books I can’t help but smile and think back to the nights I would pick old locks to climb through old windows with a duffel bag much bigger than myself that weighed twice what I did. My kids think I’m lame and silly and only good at cooking spaghetti but they have no idea that the book I read to them at bedtime is my only souvenir of a much dangerous and exciting life I lived so long ago. (Part 4)

For clarification, I was 10 when the shopped closed, 13 when I first broke in and the two years that followed for twice a month every month I would carry out my weight in literature gold. Sometimes I miss being young. (Part 5)

PLEASE WRITE A BOOK

also, we should all carry our weight in literature at least once in our lives

YOU ARE GOALS, NONNIE

I WANT TO BE YOUR BEST FRIEND

What book did you keep though?

The Book Thief kept a leather bound collection of stories by Hans Christian Andersen 🙂

Reminder that this is one of the best stories I ever got here and it needs a million more notes.
