tony and rhodey being MIT babies

dumb MIT babies. who wear dumb MIT hoodies. and cuddle and smooch a lot

#all I can see is sixteen year old Tony#21 year old Rhodey#In the living room of Rhodey’s frat house#They’re not together because holy shit Tony is SIXTEEN and Rhodey is ROTC#and it is entirely possible that Howard Stark has hired someone to trail Tony#and Howard can’t stop the one night flings but he sure as hell could make life miserable for a kid with his eye on getting his wings#But Tony arrived on campus so full of promise and life and a desperate need to either do something brilliant or burn the world to the ground#That Rhodey loved him before he even knew it was happening#And Tony was so absolutely starved for anything like affection that he grabbed onto Rhodey and NEVER let go#Rhodey got shit for how touchy he and Tony were for exactly five seconds#Because both of them had spent their early teen years being cleverer than anyone else around them#and had learnt how to take down someone twice their size as a result#Not to mention in a school full of the best and the brightest Tony Stark was still fucking light years ahead of them#And he was a creative vindictive little fucker#Plus#There was just no hiding the fact that the Stark kid was kind of a pathetic mess#and anyone with eyes could see it was Rhodey that was keeping him together#So if Tony ended up wandering in and out of the frat like he lived there pretty quickly everyone just got used to it#He always brought the best booze anyway#Let him hug it out on the couch with Rhodes#And if the entire fraternity pooled their money to send flowers to the Stark memorial the year Tony never came back from Winter break#It was mostly because they knew Rhodey would spend the rest of his senior year looking like he really needed a hug#and not because they missed the little upstart at all#whoops look at the tags

Wait, wasn’t Frog!Thor actually a frog that found a chip off mjolnir and became Thor?

There are/were actually two Frog!Thors, it looks like.  One was Thor as a frog.  The other one’s a frog that’s running around with a chip off Mjolnir and the appropriate Mjolnir-wielding get-up.  Comics: serious business.

I’m not sure if this Frog Thor is the same as the Frog Thor who just found a piece of the hammer and was worthy, but there’s a Frog Thor in the Pet Avengers run who mentions that he’s Thor’s cousin.

Thor was also turned into a frog on multiple occasions. I think the most recent occurrence was in the Ultimate Spider-man cartoon.

Anyway, here is Thor, Frog Cousin of Thor, who has turned BuckyCap and Iron Man into frogs as well for very legitimate reasons having to do with dragons.

In conclusion: even if Thor had never been a frog, every single person who is whining about a woman being Thor could still shut the fuck up and sit the fuck down.
