There’s actually a take on this that’s pretty amazing. It’s not a girl, so it doesn’t subvert the creepy Lolita thing, but a teenage boy vampire in Sean McMullen’s Moonworlds Saga. He has had two pimples on his face since he was turned that WILL NOT GO AWAY because he’s a vampire and he doesn’t really age/change. He’s had them so long he’s given them names, and also, he’s super pissed no one takes him seriously despite his super long lifespan because he looks about twelve.
