iamshadow21 replied to your post “FYI (for when it’s back up) I’m on pillowfort as Srprincess too. It’s…”

Are you going to revive patelyne on dreamwidth until pillowfort revives, or do you have a new handle there?

I did log into dreamwidth earlier – after a password rescue because I couldn’t remember my login – so I *could* get back and post on there, but since it’s been five years I think everyone has given up on me. Possibly any posts I make there are worse than shouting into the void?

…I’m hoping Pillowfort is back up soon, but if not I will probably give dw another go though. If I do it will still be under the Patelyne account, I won’t make a new one.

(I suppose I could expand my twitter from the 50:50 politics shouting/hockey retweets it is currently too)

*hugs* good to know

I don’t have a twitter, but I did just create an instagram because too many of the people I follow are visual artists to no, and Flickr is dying anyway, so,
i.am.shadow.21 over at instagram though the username format HURTS MY SOUL there was no other combo of letters to get anything resembling the handle I’ve had for over fifteen years.

Was finally able to get a picture of my mittens with a snowy backdrop.

Happy Winter Knitting Everyone!

I don’t know how you colourwork. I try and it turns WRONG and completely inflexible and horrible. Meanwhile, I drool over fair isle gorgeousness and wonder WHAT IS THIS WITCHCRAFT. It’s beautiful, hon.

Give me Miss Sherlock, give me Sherlock North, give me Will Ferrell’s Sherlock, give me the third RDJ Sherlock installment, GIVE ME ALL THE SHERLOCKS

YES! ALL THE SHERLOCKS ARE GOOD SHERLOCKS

Bold words…Have you seen the one with the dinosaur?

*snorts drink* Wow I just got whiplash back about a decade.

Sorry(not sorry) … what was the other name? Adventures of the Ill-Fitting Waistcoat?

Now I almost feel the need to watch it again. To make sure it’s still as awful as I remember…

Oh, no, don’t do it! You have so much to live for!

In fairness, that masterpiece isn’t alone – Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century is also very much Not The Good One.
