Try and tell me this movie sucks, just try.

This sequence—actually, their whole story—did so much for my self-esteem, you just have no idea.

I have no idea what this movie is, but I approve of the way this gentleman thinks.

I don’t think I’ve seen Love Actually since it came out. I feel like I’m due for a rewatch this holiday season, because I didn’t even remember this subplot.

I clearly need to do a While You Were Sleeping / Love Actually double header for the youths who have not encountered their dysfunctional brilliance.

This was not made for me. This was made by a fan artist whose work I love and admire from afar, but if there ever was an image that absolutely totally fit perfectly with my fic Falling and The Fallen, it’s this one. So I claim it for myself, in spirit, if not in truth, because it’s beautiful and it looks how writing that story felt for me, and I think it captures and conveys a lot of the same essence.

Everything, all this. It’s my favourite moment in the entire movie, and if you listen to the commentary, you find out it wasn’t just thought up ‘for something to put there’ and casually tacked on, it was ALWAYS how the movie was going to end. It was going to be pre-credits, for a while. Bucky’s face while he’s looking at his own memorial is and always was the final shot of Cap 2.
