‘A Young Prince & His Pet’

I was sifting through my pile of Loki arts, which brought back a lot of Loki feels, especially for this brat. I was never happy with the original rendering on this drawing, so I poked at it a little today. I more or less added the line art back in and adjusted the colour slightly. I’m happier with it now.

FUCKING LOST IT AT CLINT AND LOKI

Aww, coffee, no.

(It always amused me to hear tell that the Comics Code prevented writers from using the word FLICK in case the L and the I ran together in printing, but missed that Marvel had a major character whose name could be similarly adulterated for shock effect.)

this is my favourite scene in the movie i’m not even kidding

I know their hair got longer movie by movie but WHY was there never more hair pulling?

A) They are siblings.

B) It’s DEFINITELY not just “a girl thing”. Trust me. Pain is pain.

I wonder if Frigga dropped a few not-so-subtle hints about “Oh, but your hair would look so nice for the coronation!” or something before the first movie because she’s already put up with centuries of “Mother! He pulled my hair!”* “He hit me first!” “I’m not touching you! I’m not touching you!” and at least if their hair’s shorter, ,that’s ONE thing off the list.

*I get a pretty strong vibe that Frigga did most of the actual raising kids stuff. Odin did a lot more harm than good in general and wasn’t all that useful in anything except talking about war.
